Clinical Affiliation and Educational Scope

IRMN Foundation is an independent educational nonprofit organization. These Terms govern your use of our educational website, enrollment in courses, and registration for conferences. IRMN does not provide medical advice, clinical evaluations, patient intake, or healthcare services through this website.

Any affiliated clinical practices, including Genesis Regenerative, are separate legal entities. Enrolling in IRMN courses or attending IRMN conferences does not create a patient-physician relationship or any clinical relationship with IRMN Foundation or any affiliated organization.

    IRMN provides physician education, training courses, conferences, and evidence-based educational programs related to regenerative medicine and neuroscience. We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, pricing and availability at any time without notice.

    By providing your phone number and opting into communications with IRMN, you agree to the following terms regarding our text messaging programs:

  • Program Description: IRMN may send automated or manual text messages regarding your application, general inquiries, course schedules, enrollment processes or marketing reminders.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and requests.

  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. IRMN is not responsible for any charges incurred from text communications.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
