About the institute

A nonprofit education institute for the regenerative-medicine clinician.

IRMN exists to train physicians, fellows and advanced clinicians in regenerative medicine and peptide therapeutics disciplines that have suffered, in equal measure, from extraordinary biological promise and a marketing culture untethered from evidence.

Founded and led by world-renowned neuroscientist Prof. Dr. Bankole A. Johnson, the institute draws on three decades of work in molecular genetics and the neurobiology of repair, and on the daily clinical reality of Casa Privée and the Miami Stem Cell Clinic. The curriculum is physician-to-physician: founder-led teaching, structured modules and an honest account of what the evidence supports.

We teach mechanism before protocol, evidence before claim and governance as a clinical skill not a compliance afterthought.

Our position

  • Nonprofit — tuition supports faculty and curriculum, not shareholders.

  • Founder-led — taught by Prof. Johnson and IRMN faculty, not contract lecturers.

  • Clinically anchored — every module is grounded in active clinical practice.
