Chad Pena serves as Executive Assistant #2 and CRM & Marketing Project Assistant at IRMN, supporting patient engagement, lead qualification, and appointment coordination. In his role, he manages incoming inquiries, qualifies prospective patients, and schedules clinical evaluations with Professor Dr. Bankole A. Johnson.
Since joining the team in June 2026, Chad has contributed to improving communication workflows and enhancing the patient experience through efficient coordination and administrative support. His dedication to customer service, organization, and relationship management helps ensure a seamless experience for prospective patients and the IRMN team.

Claudia Salazar is a respected leader in medical education and regenerative medicine with extensive experience advancing clinical training, professional education, and community engagement. She has worked closely with physicians, medical organizations, and academic partners to strengthen educational standards and support the responsible growth of regenerative medicine.
As Director of Education & Community Outreach at the Institute of Regenerative Medicine & Neuroscience, Claudia leads educational programs, professional development initiatives, and community outreach efforts that promote awareness and access to evidence-based regenerative medicine. Her leadership supports the institute’s mission to deliver high-quality education that benefits clinicians, researchers, and the broader community.

With a 22-year background in music, Wilson brings creativity, strong communication, and exceptional coordination skills to conference development, marketing strategy, and professional networking.
