Online Courses
Because online educational materials become immediately accessible after purchase, refunds are generally not available once course access has been granted.
If a technical issue prevents access, our support team will work promptly to resolve the problem.
Individual Lectures
Individual lecture purchases are intended for personal educational use.
Refund requests submitted before lecture access may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Once course materials have been accessed, refunds are generally unavailable.
Conference
Conference registrations may be cancelled according to the following schedule:
More than 30 days before the event
Eligible for refund minus administrative processing fees.
15–30 days
Partial refund may be available.
Less than 15 days
Registration fees are generally non-refundable.
Registration Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another participant with written approval from IRMN before the published transfer deadline.
Event Cancellation
If IRMN cancels an event, participants may receive:
Full refund
OR
Credit toward a future educational activity
Travel expenses are the responsibility of attendees unless otherwise stated.
Digital Resources
Downloadable educational resources are non-refundable after delivery.
